Shipping Terms

Your order’s arrival date depends on two main factors:

• The amount of time it takes to produce the item you ordered (usually takes 3 days but can take up to five).
• Shipping destination – domestic or international.

When you place your order, we provide you the total shipping cost, but each item included in your order ships separately whenever it's ready.     

Items may also ship a day or two apart because some take longer to make than others. When each item is shipped, you'll receive a notification from us that your purchase is on its way!   

Domestic shipping (USA)

Production time for orders can take up to 5 business days.

Shipping can take up to 7 business days.

Please note: 

• Shipping time is not guaranteed. 
• Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes 2 additional business days.
• Shipping may take up to 14 business days before/during holidays season.
• No Sunday or holiday deliveries.

International shipping

We accept international credit cards, but we want to be sure to let you know that shipments to countries outside the USA vary widely depending on country and can take up to 35 business days.
